This afternoon you will visit Chinatown, and finally the Empire State Building Observatory, which towers 1,250 feet above New York City. You will use the high-speed elevators to go to the top, unlike King Kong who climbed up the outside of the building. This evening, you will have dinner at the well-known   Tavern-on-the-Green restaurant overlooking Central Park.
