Temperatures around the world are rising. Many places     1    (experience) extreme weather events such as extreme heat since the start of the new century.

David Katz was upset by all the plastic going into the ocean. To help solve the problem, he had a     1    （create）idea to treat plastic like money. Mr. Katz calls his idea the "plastic Bank".
