Created by Historic Environment Scotland (HES), which looks after Scotland’s historic sites, the digital model is offering unique insights into the grandness of the iconic castle. Packed with information, the digital tour of the castle gives the virtual visitor the chance to explore hidden parts as well. The model was created using data collected as part of a project which aims to accurately digitally document over 300 heritage sites in Scotland.
