We had a specially Teachers’ Day this year. Several days before Teachers’ Day, my classmates and me had a group meeting to decide how we could do to celebrate it. One of my classmate came up with the idea of making a short video about the daily life of our headteacher, to which we both agreed. We get down to filming immediately after the meeting. The evening before Teachers’ Day, I edited the movie on my computer and added to some background music. When the video was eventually showing on Teachers’ Day, our headteacher was greatly moving and we students also enjoyed it. It was indeed unforgettable Teachers’ Day.

Last Sunday, my friend and I go to a newly-opened supermarket and each of us bought a notebook for our English learning. After that, we went to a restaurant nearby to having lunch. The prices were a bit steep, but we thought it would worth it if the food was good. Sadly, we were disappointing. We waited for our food for over thirty minute. Our sausages were burnt and very dry that we couldn’t even cut them. His friend’s steak was even worse. Moreover, the carpet was out of date and wore, the chairs were very uncomfortable but the walls needed painting. I think we’ll never go to there again.

How time flies! I have hardly had time to enjoy the warmth of my home while it's time go back to school. This winter I spend ten days studying math, chemistry and physics, none of them was easy for me.
And I still had some fun during the Spring Festival. I had attended my uncle's wedding and my new aunt was very beautiful. To my disappoiting, I didn't get many lucky money as I had expected. I also went to the cinema with several classmates. We played jokes on each other and had a big meal in a restaurant calling "Red Lobster". Today, carnival in Venice is celebrating for five days in February. People arrive from all over Europe enjoy its fun. Last week, my parents and I attended to a big get-together in a restaurant. The people present were all our old neighbors, that used to live in the same neighborhood. Last year the city government decided that the old neighborhood needed to be rebuilding. Therefore, although we had got along well with each other, we got separated, moving to different new place. After that* we missed each other very much that finally we determine to have a gathering. At the get-together, we really had good time，talked about pur own new and beautiful neighborhoods. We were happily to hear that everyone was living a happy life and we made up my minds to hold a get-together like this every year from then on.
