The lantern fair in Zigong, Southwest China’s Sichuan province, boasts a history of more than 1,000 years.     1     (mark) the Year of the Dragon, many of the lanterns show the Chinese sign of the zodiac (生肖), but there are also     2     wide variety of other lantern designs to meet different needs. The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the     1     (important) festivals in China. If you live in northeastern China, you expect long, cold winters. People     1    (live) in Harbin don’t just stand the cold, however; they welcome     2    . The city is home to the Harbin International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival,     3     is considered one of the largest ice festivals in the world.
