Mid-Autumn Festival this year falls on Oct 1. In a recent survey     1     (conduct) by China Youth Daily, 92.9 percent of all the 1,018 respondents said they would go home for a family reunion     2     (celebrate) it. Since the full moon symbolizes a family staying together, the Mid-Autumn Festival is     3     (traditional) associated with family reunions. To go home to celebrate the festival is a way    4     honoring our traditional culture and observing traditions that have lasted for centuries.

Before the festival, people will buy    4     (variety)things, including food, drinks, candies, new clothes that mean new beginning and so on, to prepare for the festival. Each family will clean the house completely, even if it    5     (clean)everyday.

During the festival, I can visit my friends and relatives while     6    (put) on the new clothes. Meanwhile, I will get lucky money from the elder, which is the happiest thing for me. However, my brother likes setting     7     firecrackers.
