Ordering Books

Posting Books
If someone orders several books within the same order, then they should be sent together. If the parcel goes over the set weight/size limit, Hermes Delivery can charge a bit extra for the delivery, but this is covered by us and should affect neither sender nor receiver of the book(s).
Cancelling Orders
Cancelling your order is allowable if the order has not been posted. Used ordering points are returned almost immediately to your Bookswap account, and monetary refunds (退款) can take up to 5-10 business days to appear back in your bank account. You can then choose whether to give reasons for cancelling the order according to your own wishes.
