Last weekend, my British friend, Jim, spotted paper cutting stand when we were wandering on the street. Had never seen paper-cuts, he immediately bought one. Therefore, the seller shook her head at the moment she saw the 100-yuan note Jim handed to her. She had no changes! How disappointed Jim was! He was about to quit while I took out my cellphone, scan the QR code on the stand and paid five yuan. Jim was very surprising. I explained to her that nowadays we could pay with a cellphone for almost everything. “Wow!” Jim said, “the paper-cut looks great, and the payment method seems even great!”

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have received the sneakers that I buy from your online shop. With the excitement, I unwrapped the package but found something wrong with them.So I’m writing to inform you the problems.
First, the color of the sneakers that I want are red instead of black. Second, size 41 is too large for them. That annoys me most is that there are several little stain on one of the sneakers. They really look awfully. If putting in my situation, how would you feel?
I’d like to change this pair for a new one and give me the money back.
Looking forward to your early reply.
Sincerely yours,
Lin Ming
