Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), the United States

This is a private university established in 1861. It has been on the top of the list for years when it comes to the best universities in the world. Harvard University, the United States

This is a private non-profit university. It is one of the oldest and most prestigious universities around the world. Located in Cambridge and Boston, Massachusetts, it was established back in the year 1636. It was named after John Harvard who was its first donor. Thousands of students graduate from this university each year.

University of Oxford, the United Kingdom

This is a public research university located in England. There is no clear date of foundation, but teaching existed at Oxford in some form in 1096. It is said to be the second oldest university in the world that has continued operation over the centuries. The university grew rapidly from 1167. It is continually being improved and enhanced at various levels.
