Today, on the way to home after spending the day in the park with our twins, my wife stopped at a local fast food chain calling Burgerville. We realized we had forgotten to order fries the moment we got home. So my wife called up and very nice explained to them the situation； she said she would go back to pick it up in person. The manager refused to let her come back to a store, instead he offered to drive us more fries at no cost. We felt amazed whether good customer service still exists today. When the manager arrived at his home we thanked him his service. He said he would welcome us to his fast food chain again and provided us with food of high quality at no time.
