Requirements

*The length of the essay should be between 500-700 words.

*Write an essay on the topic of: How Food Affects Our Mood.

*Please write about three reasons for believing in your thesis (论点) statement in the form of body paragraphs and back up your reasons with practical evidence from respected sources.

*Do not write about yourself and don’t explain why you deserve to win the prizes.

【推荐1】Future Engineers Camp is devoted to teaching students using a unique approach tested and loved by parents around the nation. Through our personal love for engineering, we believe we can inspire students around the world. Additionally, we donate part of our profits to an international education non-profit.

Shasta Narayanan and Viren Nathan are high school students from Lynbrook and Cupertino High School, respectively, and share a long-standing love for engineering and technology. Our curriculum (课程) is based on real-world content that students can apply beyond the classroom. Our teachers maintain a student-centered approach while teaching. Check out our classes below to learn more.

Introduction to java

Students will learn the fundamental principles required to be successful at coding in Java (6th—8th Grade)

Introduction to Web Development

Students will gain an understanding of problem-solving by coding their own website using HTML. (6th—8th Grade)

Python Programming

Students will learn about Python and its many uses while creating programs, games, and more. (6th—8th Grade)

Startup Camp

Students will learn to come up with business ideas, learn business skills, and also presentation skills. (6th—8th Grade)

"China has become a strong partner of the United States,says Mary Patterson,Woodstock’s principal.Children who learn Chinese at a young age will have more opportunities for jobs in the future."

Join us for an afternoon of superheroes as you watch Spider-Man: No Way Home at Hoyts, and catch up with other Curtin international students also staying in Perth over the summer break.

SCHEDULE

1 pm: Students arrive at Hoyts, sign in and purchase any food or drink that they would like.

1:30 pm: The film begins!

4 pm: The film concludes, and students depart from the cinema.

As Curtin has paid part of the cost of the film, the reduced student ticket is $10. If you would like any food or drink, please bring additional money to purchase it.

This activity is only available to international students who have currently registered for a course at Curtin University.
