There are many ways to express love. Saying "I love you" on my father's or mother's birthday is the good way to let them to know how I love them.
If I often help my parents doing some simple housework, especially when they tired after work, my parents must feel my love for them. I also often gave my parents a hug. I know a warm hug will makes us feel connected to each other, which does good to our healthy.

Last Monday where we had a class meeting, our class teacher informed us activities with theme “national flag in my heart”. These activities organizing across China aimed to further our understanding of the national flag and promoted our patriotism (爱国主义).
