The ancient town of Fenghuang is a place     1     beautiful village life in rural China. Having travelled directly from the busy city, I regard Fenghuang as an excellent choice     2     (have) a breath of the fresh air.

When I paid a visit to Fenghuang, it was July. My friend and I excitedly explored the small town, walking along the ancient wall, and crossing the beautiful, old bridges. People there were very relaxed. They were neither troubled by the hot weather nor by the     3     (tourist) who were walking, eating, and playing outdoors. On the first evening we bought spicy, cold noodles and ate on the riverbank     4     we watched the sunset.

We stayed in a small hotel     5     was similar to many of the traditional buildings in the village. The city of San Francisco is a wonderful vacation destination that offers many     1     (difference) things to see and do. Those experiencing a lively city with a wealth of shopping and dining opportunities     2     (be) very happy.
