Hello, everyone, it is a honor for me to show you around Dujiangyan in tomorrow. To help you have a knowledge of it, I’d like to make a briefly introduction. Dujiangyan, with a long history of over 2000 year, is an ancient system locating in the Chengdu Plain, Sichuan Province. Once the plain is often flooded by the Min River, that rushed down from the Min Mountains. Therefore, Li Bing, one of the governors for the state of Qin, together with their son, began the building of Dujiangyan. It not only acted as a way prevent flood but a kind of transportation. Now it is list as a World Heritage Site as well as a five-A tourist attraction.

Last year I went to the seaside to spending my summer holiday with my family. We stayed there for about two week. The weather was much hotter than in my hometown, but I got used to it or felt not so bad. Every morning, I got up early than my parents and went for breakfast ahead of the time. Then I went to the beach and talked with John, my new friend whom I come across on my first morning there. John was warm-heart and he seemed to be very familiar to the seaside village. To climb the mountains was hardly work but as we looked around us, we were surprising by the view. We seemed to be able to see for miles. On one point we were so high that we found us cycling through clouds. Then we began going down the hills. It was a great fun especially as it gradually became much warm. In the valleys colorful butterflies flew around me and we saw many yaks and sheep eat green grass. At this point we had change our caps, coats, gloves and trousers with T-shirts and shorts.

My family traveled by the air today. We have planned to sit together on the plane. As expecting, we were happily seat closely to each other. Suddenly, we heard the flight attendant asking a women a few rows of seats behind us to change her seat, it was more convenient for a father with a baby. The lady was rather unhappily with this. So I immediately stood up and let the man and his daughter took my seat instead. I moved to the front of the plane alone. My sister had plenty interesting stories about the baby after we landed. And I had to sleep all the way.
