It’s the most magical place to trick or treat, and there are much more fun and entertainment around every corner. If you have little monsters to bring along for the fun, take these tips. They will help you use your time at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party wisely.
First, the party passes costs are not built into your normal pass, so you will have to purchase an extra ticket for each guest. The ticket price changes depending on the date you choose. Those closer to Halloween are pricier, so you may want to plan a night early in the season if going Halloween Night is not crucial to you. Prices for Mickey’s Not So Scary Party start at $79 and they increase based on the night that you will be attending. For example, Halloween night, October 31, will be the most expensive night. As of 2020, October 31st ticket prices are $ 135 per person. Kids tickets are $ 5 less than any adult ticket on the same night.
We suggest arriving for Mickey’s Not So Scary Party as early as possible. Although Mickey’s Not So Scary Party starts officially at 7:00 pm, Disney Halloween party guests are allowed to enter the park starting at 4 pm.
Little ones are always encouraged to wear costumes as long as they don’t surround the entire body and adhere to Disney’s official costume policy. Some masks may be worn as long as the mask does not cover the entire face and eyes are visible. But Disney reserves the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing what is considered inappropriate or bringing sharp objects. For more inspiration & ideas, you can visit our website.

【推荐3】Fun Indoor Activities for Kids to Do At Home
Indoor days can be just as fun as the get-up-and-go ones, with a little planning and preparation. These are some of the most fun indoor activities for kids.
DIY Your Own Masterpieces
Time to bring out all your markers, glue, paint, paper places, and whatever other odds and ends you have around the house and let the kids go to town. When you’re done, take the works of art and display them on shelves.
Start an Indoor Garden
You don’t even need empty planters to get the garden growing — an old egg carton will do the trick at first. To make it more of a STEM activity, give kids journals so they can take notes on what they’ve planted and keep track of their garden’s progress. Bonus: Plant basil seeds or other herbs, and you’ll have delicious ingredients for a cooking project.
Break out the Board Games
It’s the oldest idea in the book, but if you really want some screen-free family time, old-fashioned board games still do the trick. Get your competitive spirit up and get ready to play.
Indoor Obstacle Course
This activity is great for young ones working on their coordination (协调) or older ones who might need to get some energy out. Cardboard boxes can transform into tunnels to crawl through. You can tie strings around furniture and pretend that they’re laser beams that kids have to step over or crawl under. See who in the family has the fastest time getting through the obstacles.
Stock up on the materials now — though you might have what you need lying around the house already — and you’ll never fear an indoor day again.

【推荐1】Books by Economist writers
More. By Philip Coggan. Hachette; 496 pages; $34. Profile Books; £25
A history of the global economy by our Bartleby Columnist. Covering the development of key sectors such as manufacturing and energy production, it shows how links between people and countries have allowed individuals to grow not just more prosperous, but taller and stronger, and to live longer and have more choice in how they run their lives. A “brilliant survey”, thought the Times; a “fantastic sweep”, reckoned the Financial Times.
Coveted. By Melanie Grant. Phaidon; 208 pages; $89.95 and £69.95
When, asks the picture and luxury editor of 1843, does jewelry make the leap from fashion accessory to art? Her richly illustrated profiles of leading designers range from Faberge’s and Cartier’s links to Art Nouveau and Art Deco, to the collaboration between Georg Jensen, a Scandinavian brand, with the architect Zaha Hadid. The New York Times said “the book showed the complexity, power and artistic impact of great design.”
Independence Square. By A. D. Miller. Pegasus Books; 228 pages; $25.95. Harvill Secker; £14.99
A nation’s future, and a man’s fate, hang in the balance in this novel of revolution and betrayal. Set between an icy unheaval in Kyiv and a London summer, it stars a sly oligarch, an idealistic young activist and a disgraced British diplomat. “Utterly gripping,” said the Observer, “a novel with its finger on the pulse of geopolitics that still manages to move deeply.” The Spectator called it “a searing indictment of our times”.
Unconventional Wisdom. Edited by Tom Stand-age. Economist Books; 272 pages; $11.99. Profile Books; £8.99
A compendium of our explainer articles and daily charts, which spell out how much a ghost reduces a house’s value, how pregnancy makes people more law-abiding and why friends prefer sloppily wrapped Christmas gifts. Compiled by one of our deputy editors.
The Best. By Tim Wig-more and Mark Williams. Moblus; 256 pages; $24.95. Nicholas Brealey; £20
A contributor on sport and his co-author cover topics such as why younger siblings have more chance of becoming elite sportsmen, why mid-sized towns produce the most champions and the science of performance. They draw on interviews with Marcus Rash-ford, Pete Sampras and Steph Curry, among others. “Excellent”, said the Australian.
The Classical School. By Callum Williams. Hachette; 288 pages; $16.99. Profile Books; £20
A high-speed history of Western economic thought, by our senior economics writer, told in the form of 20 biographies. Alongside household names such as Adam Smith and John Stuart Mill, there are chapters on lesser-known figures such as Harriet Martineau and Dadabhai Naoroji. The Times called it a “brisk, absorbing and entertaining history lesson” with “an engaging cast of characters” that “leaves you a lot wiser”.
The Wake-Up Call. By Adrian Woold-ridge and John Micklethwait. HarperVia; 176 pages; $18. Short Books; £9.99
The pandemic, say our political editor and Bloom-berg’s editor-in-chief, proves that government is not just a diversion for politicians but a matter of life and death. The poor performance of Western democracies, particularly America and Britain, shows how far they have fallen behind the Far East, notably China. “A shot in the arm,” said the Financial Times. “Full marks for sounding the alarm,” said the Times Literary Supplement.

You can find virtually anything online, and chances are that you've been downloading files ever since you started using your computer. Your Operating System will attempt to put all of your downloads in one central location, but eventually you may have downloaded files all over your computer. Knowing how to quickly find your downloaded files can save you a lot of time and headache.
● Check your Downloads folder(文件夹). Windows includes a Downloads folder that acts as the default (默认的) download location for most programs for every user. There are a couple of ways you may be able to find your Downloads folder:
Click the Start menu and then click your user name. You should see a Downloads folder in the window that opens.
Open Windows Explorer ⊞ Win+E. Your Downloads folder may be listed in the left frame under "Favorites" or "Computer/This PC".
Press ⊞ Win+R and type shell: downloads. Press ↵ Enter to open the Downloads folder.
● Check other locations. If you download with a lot of programs, chances are that your downloads have become a bit spread out. Other popular places for your downloads to appear are your Desktop and your Documents/My Documents folder.
If you have a secondary drive that acts as a file storage, check to see if you've created a download folder on it as well.
● Search for the file. If you know the name of the file you downloaded, you can search for it to quickly open it. Press ⊞ Win and start typing the name of the file. You should see it appear in the search results.
● Open your downloaded files. You shouldn't have much difficulty opening most files that you download online, but you may run across a few file types that can give you problems. See the guides below for details on opening these troublesome files.
