Nowadays, many a student don’t have enough time to do sports, thus causing their physical and mental health to suffer a lot of. Therefore, our school is conduct Happiness Fitness activities to improve our health.

I still remember my first day of school when I am introduced to the concept of labor education. At the first, I didn’t understand what it was necessary for us to learn how to plant trees and fix things around the school. I used to feel sleepy in class and I couldn’t focus to my lessons. As a result, not only did I do badly in our studies, but also my health went from bad to worse, for that I was often scolded by my parents. I decide to change my situation.
