Dear boys and girls,
Today we gather here to have a send-off meeting. Our English teacher Miss Brown was going to return to her own country tomorrow. On behalf of all my schoolmates as well as myself, I express their hearty thanks to her. In the past two years, Miss Brown has taught us writing English. We enjoyed her lessons very much because of her method of teaching was quite different from other. That she gave us in the lessons was both lively and interestingly. With her help, we wouldn’t have made rapid progress in English. Now she is going to leave our school. We thank her very much for her wonderful works and hope that she will able to be back again.

All the students in the senior grades go to watch it in the school hall. Five experienced English teachers inviting to act as judges were all from our school. Li Hua

Traditional Chinese music can date back to 7,000-8,000 years based on the discover of a bone flute made in the Neolithic Age. In the Xia, Shang and Zhou Dynasties, only royal families and senior official enjoyed music. During the Tang Dynasty, dancing and singing enter the mainstream, spreading from royal court to the common people. As the introduction of foreign religions, religious music and sounds were absorbed into Chinese music and enjoyed by the Chinese people at fairs organizing by religious temples.
In the Song Dynasty, writers or artists liked Ci very much, which was new and popularly. This was also a period that many traditional musical instruments were developed.
