How can you hear a lot of English when you’re not in an English-speaking country or family? Fortunately, there are many ways of hearing English.

Listen to English radio.

Get English-speaking friends.

Highly effective leaders are aware that they do not know everything; thus, they use their strengths and understand their weaknesses. They seek feedback and always strive to learn and develop. They know that self-improvement is a journey not a destination.    5
