Health and Safety

The health and safety of all is our priority. Masks are strongly recommended.

Admission

Entrance into The Met requires a ticket or membership card. General admission is $30 for adults, $22 for seniors, and $17 for students. Admission is free for members, a caregiver accompanying a visitor with a disability, and children under 12.

Opening Hours

Sunday-Tuesday, and Thursday: 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

Friday and Saturday: 10 a.m. -9 p.m.

The Met is closed on Wednesdays, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year Day, and the first Monday in May.

Rules

◆ All visitors and Members must pass through security checks.

◆ Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not allowed in The Met or near the entrances.

◆ Please preserve your ticket. You may be asked to re-validate (使重新生效) your ticket when exiting and re-entering the galleries.

◆ The Met reserves the right to refuse the entry of any visitor carrying the following prohibited items: large bags, luggage, musical instruments, glass containers, liquids other than water, sporting goods, and dogs or other pets (Service animals are welcome.).

◆ The Met permits photography and video for private, non-commercial use.

Sierra Nevada National Park

Being the largest national park in Spain, it offers a lot more than the skiing for which it is best known. With 20+ peaks over 3,000 meters tall, the park has spectacular scenery, as well as numerous natural mineral springs and more than 50 mountain lakes. The park’s diverse ecosystems are home to 2,100 plant species (60 of which are unique to the area).

Somiedo Natural Park

Somiedo Natural Park is the only place where you can see Cantabrian Brown Bears in the wild. They are known as “the littlest grizzly (灰熊)”. Spain ’s Brown Bear Foundation has been a leading force in preserving the troubled population. Thankfully, their numbers have risen in recent years to around 150 bears.

Cantabrian Coast

Cantabrian coast has 17 caves full of Palaeolithic Cave Art dating back to 35,000 — 9.000 BA. The most famous of these is Altamira Cave, which is known as the “Sistine Chapel of Quaternary Art”. The art there includes hundreds of animals that were created some 14,000 years ago. The number of visitors is limited to 9,000 per year.

Cabrera National Park

This 100 square km park is about as remote a destination as any nature lover could hope to visit. Due to its isolation, the coastal landscape of these 19 islands has remained relatively unchanged. The area is perfect for watching wildlife, scuba diving, and simply surrounding yourself in the beauty of nature. Access to the park is limited to just 200 people a day to minimize environmental impact.

【推荐3】ISA Summer Camps of Figure Skating in Prague 2023!

Thanks to our considerable experience in organizing international figure skating camps for children, we have again prepared special programs for our summer training camps. The summer figure skating program has been developed with the requirements of international standards in mind, taking into account the age and physical abilities of young figure skaters.

Training week schedule

Monday to Saturday

22 hours of training: 11 hours on ice and 11 hours of training off ice.

On Saturday-shortened program, demonstration performances on ice, awarding all participants with memorable diplomas (奖状) and cups   (costumes required).

* Group workouts on ice 2 hours a day.

* Group off-ice training 2 hours a day.

* The possibility of individual lessons on ice 2 hours a day (optional).

What you need to have with you at ISA Summer Camps

On ice: Tremo suit on the ice, a few gloves for a change.

For training off-ice: Air sneakers, sportswear for training off-ice.

Package price for a week stay in ISA Summer Camps for a skater: € 550 (Price per day € 92)
