A survey basing on 1,000 students found that 80% of senior students sleep
less than nine hours every night. One main reason lies at students' bad habits.
Too much homework is given by school teachers is another main cause. Some students
are absent-minded while doing their homework, and some wasting their after-class time.
The third cause is that some students have to get up earlier on weekday to get toschool that was far away from home.Experts think an amount of homework for the students should be cut down.Beside, teachers should encourage their students makegood use of their spare time.Only in this way can the students improve our study efficiency.

But I have to spend most of my time solve problems in maths, and chemistry to prepare for the college entrance examination. I also can’t afford live up to my parents’ high expectations. How do you think I should do with this situation?

Let me make a suggestion to help you deal with difficult situation. If, for example, you are taking part at a sports competition or meeting someone important, you will probably be quite nervous. And you will worry that you won’t as successfully as you would like to be. What we need to do are prepare yourself thoroughly by running through the whole activity over and over again in your mind, carefully going through every detail. For example, a famous pianist, put in the prison for seven years for political reasons, can still play wonderfully when he was set free. When asking how he managed to play so well, his explanation was what he had practiced every day in his mind.

On-line voting becomes increasing popular, and many competitions get people involve in it. It is beneficial to some people, so it puts others into a dilemma over whether vote or not.
In my opinion, on-line voting is a inseparable part of modern life and should be welcomed, since it is a way to participate in public life. There is no difference between on-line voting and ordinary voting events, in what candidates go around to seek support. In addition, the Internet makes surveying and voting easier and more convenient, regardless of time and space. Furthermore, voting on the Internet make instant feedback possible.
To be honest, voters sometimes feel annoyed, not because of they hate voting, but because we are divided between emotion and fairness. Things will turn for the better if we can work out some participations rules for people to obey. Therefore, I hold attitude towards on-line voting.

As we know, shared bikes have been made our lives much more convenient. However, we can often see some shared bikes placed messy everywhere. When I talked about this with my classmates last week, we all felt upset but decided to make the change. On Sunday morning, we gather outside the railway station. First, we began dealing shared bikes and tried to put them in order. People who passed by praised that we did. Seeing the bikes in rows again, they felt proud. Then, to encourage people to behave themselves, we put up a larger sign saying “Please Be Civilized While Using A Shared Bike”. Of course, we drew much attention from many passer-by while that also meant our actions would surely make a difference.

Nowadays most students are addicted to sharing with pictures in WeChat circle. They even shared all sorts of photos in their daily life. WeChat does make it more conveniently for us to understand and communicate. Therefore, there exists some potential trouble if we overshare. One serious problem is letting out our privacy (隐私), that may cause a lot of trouble. Besides, others may feel uncomfortable, thought we are showing off. In my opinion, we'd better not post their personal information, or blindly adding strangers to a list of friends. It's much wiser to set aside some time accompany parents or do something more meaningful, such as reading books or taking exercises.
