With the homeworks finished last Saturday, I went to countryside to visit my uncle. At about 8, I set out and arrived at my uncle’s after an hour. Seeing me, he felt very excitedly and welcomed me warmly. I handed him the fresh fruit and flowers buying in the supermarket. And he gave to me some snacks. Then they went to catch fish. It was not long before we caught a lot of fish. Have brought them home, my uncle cooked some for me. After lunch, I helped him walking the dog and he praised me with a bigger smile on his face. When it was time for me to leave, my uncle gave me some gifts, that I liked very much. What an amazing day!

Last week, my friend invited me to visit my hometown with her. I asked for my parents’ permission, but they agreed. Leaving home for first time made me very happily. I was like a bird fly in the sky. But when the fourth day comes, I started to miss my parents. Especial when it was night time, the darkness made me to feel lonely. So I went home the next day. Through the experience, I begin to realize how a nice place the home is and that my parents are the loveliest persons. It is lucky for me to have so a happy family.

My grandfather will be 94 in September. He still go down to the local shops to get to some groceries. Today when my grandfather was shopping at our local supermarket, a staff kind offered to scan his items and pack it up for him. When it was time to pay, my grandfather told he was the lucky customer today. As a gesture of thank for shopping here, the shop would pay his bill. Knew the good news, my grandfather was so excited. The staff then got him the bottle of wine. Grandfather was grateful for the people which were involved in this beautiful act of kindness.

How many time do you spend with your parents? Your parents are your dearer people in the world when you are young. And they always care for you deep. But even though many children still loves their mum and dad, families may become less close as you get older. The end of the year is a time for families to got together. What you can do this, your parents will be very happy.

I am writing tell you a piece of good news. Last week our school hold a Spoken English Competition. I stood out in the competition and won a first place. In my view, it is your kind help which has helped me gain the achievement. During your spare time, you often spent such much time helping me with my speaking English that I made rapid progress. In the competition, I followed your advices on how to behave, which led to my success. I'm grateful to you for your help and decide that you will make more efforts and try to make great progress in the future.

How’s everything? We haven’t seen each other for long. I’m very exciting to receive an e-mail from you. I’m glad you have made so great progress that you can write your e-mail with good Chinese.
