I was on the Sichuan Airlines passenger flight traveling from Chongqing to Lhasa. A plane was flying at a height of about 9,700 meters while an extremely loud sound was heard. The plane experienced a sudden lose of air pressure and drop in temperature. When I looked over, I saw a window was going and the passenger seated by that window had halfway out of the window. The passenger is wearing his seatbelt, because of that he was able to be pulled back inside the plane. Fortunately, he only suffered several minor injury. Difficult as it seemed to control the plane, but the pilot safely landed the plane in Chengdu. Neither of the plane’s 119 passengers were hurt.

Keeping a good habit are very important, but I’m a little lazy and find that hard to keep a good habit. Last Sunday, I went to play football with some friends as the usual. It was already ten o'clock when I get home. I was so tired that I went straight to bed instead taking a bath first. The next morning, we went to take a bath and then went to school. However, it was very cold that morning and I didn’t dry my hairs, I got a bad cold and felt terribly the whole day and I started to regret how I had done. If I had taken a bath the moment I arrived home, I wouldn’t have got a cold. See, a good habit is true important.

Measuring at 8.0Ms, a terrible earthquake strikes Wenchuan on May 12, 2008. A great number of houses and buildings was destroyed, left as many as 10,000,000 people homeless. That shocked us was that almost everything was in ruins. Fortunate, the government took steps immediately. Now after a decade, with people who come from all fields giving a helpful hand, a new city appears in the front of us but it looks like a beautiful garden. In my opinion, without the support of our motherland, the survivor could not lead such a comfort life as it is now. I am proud that I live so great a country.
What to do when an earthquake occurs
“Drop, Cover and Hold On!” Turn out from windows, mirrors, and other glass to protect your face from shards. Standing in doorways, the “Triangle of Life,” and running outside are methods proven by the American Red Cross to be outdated, likely to increase injury.
If you are in bed, stay there and cover his head with a pillow.
If you are driving, pull over, stop the car, and set the emergency break. Stay in the car when the shaking stops. If a power line falls on your vehicle, stay inside until help arrive.
If you are in a elevator, stop at the nearest floor and get out. Then drop (伏地), cover(遮挡), and hold on(手抓牢).
If you are in a stadium or theater, remain in your seat until the shaking stops and then go away calm.
If outdoors, stay clearly of possible dangers including cars, bridges, power lines, structures, trees, and loose rock (landslides).
If you are on a city sidewalk, go into a doorway to stay out of the street while avoiding fall pieces.
If you by the beach and shaking lasts for more than 20 seconds, or the shoreline moves gradually away, leave immediately for high ground because of the earthquake could be causing a tsunami.
