We often think insects to be harmless. This is partly true. Many an insect are harmful. Flies carry diseases. Others insects carry diseases, too. Farmers are at war with insects most the time. Hunger insects kill crops in the fields. Farmers spray as to get rid of these insects. Does this means that all insects are harmful? No, many are of great helpful to man. Bees make honey. With bees and other insects, many trees would have not fruit. Silkworms make silk. Some insects eat other insects that kill fruit trees.

My 4-year-old son Sandy happened find a toy panda. He held onto it all day but took it to bed with him at night. Later, I run across a community post from a mum urgent looking for a lost panda—her son’s favorite. I messaged that we had one that evening. She was so relieving! In the morning, I had to break the news to Sandy which another little boy was missing his favorite toy. Tear streaming down his face, he gave me the panda. The little treasure was returned back to its rightful owner. This morning, I found a dropped-off card and new panda for Sandy—as the big thank you for him! Thank you so much, lovely neighbors!
China and Western country may have different cultural beliefs about certain animals. But when it comes to pigs, we somehow reach an agreement that pigs are lazy, ugly, stupidly and shameless. Neither of these words describing pigs are exactly positive. Moreover, the truth is what pigs have some good qualities. And there’s probably no good time to clear their names than now, with the arrival of the Year of the Pig on Chinese Spring Festival, which fell February 5 this year. According to a paper publishing in 2017, pigs can tell between those who treat them well or those who don’t. Perhaps these are the qualities of pigs to keep it in mind-their intelligence, cuteness and patience.
Some cherry tomatoes(圣女果)in our back garden. Since then for all these year we had been allowing tomatoes to self-seed where they please. As result, the plants are growing somewhere. The fruits are small in size, but juicy and taste. There are so much that we often share them with our neighbors. Although we allow tomato plants to grow in the same place year after year, but we have never had any disease or insect attack problems. We are growing wonderfully tomatoes at no cost!
When I was young, I lived in the countryside. At that time, the trees there were very green, that left a deep impression on me. The waters there was so clear that I even could see the fish swam. When it got dark, the air was cooler than it in the daytime. People liked to walk out of their houses to chat together. I liked to play games with my friends but run along the village happily. As the moon rose highly in the sky , the village was lighting. When I looked up, I could see moon and a few stars. They were so close to me. It seemed that I could touch on them. The life in the countryside were so wonderful.

When I was having supper last summer, I saw white cat in the yard. It was so cute that I couldn’t help play with it. It was nervous at first, and soon we became good friends. One day when it jumped to my room, I decided to gave it a warm bath, because it fur was dirty. As time goes by, the weather turned to cold gradually. It had to leave to find a warmly place, and it would continue its journey. Whenever I wish to see it, that I must do is to close my eye, and it will appear in front of me.
