Miss Zhang is one of my most favorite teachers. She has a slim build and always ties his hair in a ponytail. She is 35, but she looks quite young at her age. Which impresses me most is Miss Zhang's way of teaching. She devotes herself to teach and prepares well for every class. Not only did she help us to understand “what”, but she explores “why”. She encourages us to think independent and have discussions among ourselves when we faced with problems. She is such a inspiring person with a strong sense of responsibilities, and we all respect and admire her.

One day, Mrs. True, my teacher, organized a poetry contest after we have just studied various types of poems. My classmates all wrote to their family members, but I put the word into my poem carefully: “I love Penny.” Penny was my 3-year-old dog, that was my best friend. My classmates felt strange and wondered how. However, I felt really moving when Mrs. True still showed off my poem to my classmates. As result, this contest became a turning point in my life. From now on, I fell in love with writing and have even become an editor of a newspaper. I really respect Mrs. True and teachers like him for encouraging us to follow our hearts.

Of all the people I have met in my life, a person I admire most is my English teacher. Worked as our class teacher, she has to work around the clock to take good care of us as well as giving lectures and grade homework. She always walks towards the bus stop, carrying a bag full of notebook or a big folder with assessment reports she makes the night before. She is the one we spend in major part of our day with and she is the one who constant encourages us to break barriers and to be extraordinary. We owe all of our success to him. I will not forget her instructions but I would like express my deepest gratitude to her.
