What is small sided soccer?
The small sided soccer starts with games of 3-on-3 from the youngest participants and progresses to 4-on-4, 7-on-7, 11-on-11, in a graduated manner for the older groups. Flowery: Orchids
This annual festival is back in bloom, this time inspired by the beauty and biodiversity of Cameroon. Just like previous years, the orchids are spread throughout the various zones of the Princess of Wales conservatory and accompanied by sculptures that are just as colorful as the flowers on display.
At Kew Gardens. 4 February —5 March, $16.50—entrance to the gardens included.
Architectural: Vanishing Points
While we like to think of architecture existing purely in the real world, emerging designers and architects are using platforms like Instagram to create structures in the virtual world. Powerful Portraits: Alice Neel
The largest UK exhibition to date of American painter Alice Neel’s work will bring together her figurative pieces from across her 60-year career. Neel went against the popular grain by painting figures when abstract works were most popular, and she painted subjects that other artists ignored —pregnant women, labor leaders, black children, civil rights activists and strange performers. It’s high time we had a major show of her work in London, and the Barbiean has duly provided.

Female Abstraction: Action, Gesture, Paint.
Art history has often shone a light on the men of Abstract Expressionism, such as Jackson Pollock and Mark Rothko. Well, now’s the time to let the most important women of the movement take the limelight in an exhibition that includes works by American artists such as Lee Krasner and Helen Frankenthaler, but spreads the net wider to include the female abstract artists from Europe, Asia and the wider world, with whom most of us will be unfamiliar.

A. Plan the time
Take your day and break it into hours on a piece of paper. It’s suggested by many experts that you exercise in the morning. Not only do you burn more calories at that time, but it will make you energetic.
B. Choose your exercise
What do you like to do? Whether it’s swimming, running, cycling, or something else, find something you enjoy. If doing the same thing every day makes you bored, do something different. Change and make it fun!
C. Set your goal
What do you want to get out of this? Whatever it is, write it down. Put a note by your bed with that goal written on it to motivate you to get up in the morning and actually get out the door.
D. Stick to your plan
Once you decide that you’re going to do something, stick to it. Don’t think that it will be easy. If you can make it through the first few weeks then you’re fast on your way to making exercise a habit.
What exactly does building a habit do for you? Most importantly, it makes exercise a priority (优先的事物) in your life. People who have a habit of exercising won’t feel right if they don’t get in their daily exercise time.
1. Why do experts suggest doing sports in the morning?A.Because the air is fresher at that time. |

Video meetings, online classrooms and stay-at-home entertainment have become a daily routine. This increase in traffic is testing the Internet' s strength. In March. major phone networks in the UK experienced mass outages(断供). People were not able to take calls, receive texts or use mobile data.
In the US, major telecommunications companies like AT&T said traffic was up 21 percent month over month. Video streaming services like You Tube, Netflix and Facebook have cut their picture qualities and download speeds. This is being done to reduce network traffic jams.
China has seen an Internet traffic increase of around 50 percent compared to the end of 2019. The country's network speeds went down sharply in early February. However, they returned to normal soon afterwards and have been working well. This is due to China’s work in building network infrastructure(基础设施), especially 5G technology. By the end of February, 164,000 5G base stations had been built nationwide. This has given Chinese networks the power to handle increased traffic.
“If there were no such development in the Internet network field. people could hardly enjoy such a colorful life at home. Online working and teaching could never be realized so smoothly," said Wen Kun, an official with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Sitting too much, especially when watching television, phones or other screens, can be bad for your health, research suggests. It has been linked to diseases such as diabetes and cancer, and also tied to an increased risk of mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression.
In a new study, researchers analyzed(分析) survey data from more than 50, 000 American children, teenagers and adults. Overall, people sat a lot. Nearly two-thirds of children and teens said they sat at least two hours a day watching television or videos. Teens now sit more than eight hours a day. The data also showed that computer use outside of school or work has been increasing across all ages.
Lin Yang, a public health expert at Alberta Health Services in Calgary, Canada, notes that this trend(趋势) is not unique to the United States. “Studies out of Europe and Australia have also found increases in sitting time,” she says. “This includes sitting for work or school as well as driving rather than walking or riding.”
Erin O’Loughlin, an exercise psychologist at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, notes there are many reasons children and teens have been sitting more. These include less outdoor play, more screen time. And schools have been reducing opportunities for exercise during the school day.
“We all need to move more and sit less, ”says Lin Yang. “It’s important to not just switch(转变) from sitting to standing but to actually move around. ”And spending more time outside helps, she notes. This is good for fitness and for exposure(接触) to the sun, an important source of the body’s vitamin D. If getting more exercise sounds difficult, don’t stress: take it one step at a time.
