A good breakfast is important. It is not hard to understand. You have had nothing to eat about twelve hours all the night. Your body needs food for morning activities. One good breakfast should be rice or bread, an egg, milk and fruit. On a cold morning, a cup of hot drink is necessary (必要的). You must get up early to have enough time to eat breakfast. A good breakfast helps you to be more healthy and also to work better and play more happily. All your day will be more fun after you have a good breakfast.

Once upon a time, there lived a man by himself. He was blind, but he always took a lamp with him whenever he went out at night. One night when he came home after having dinner outside, he met a group of young men. They saw a blind man taking a lamp, so they made fun of him. One of them asked,“Hey, man! You are blind and can’t see anything! Why do you take the lamp with you then?”

The blind man said,“Yes, I am blind and I can’t see anything, but the lamp is for the people like you who can see. They can see me coming and won’t knock(撞) into me. That is why I take a lamp.”

The young men felt ashamed (惭愧的) and said sorry to the man.

The story tells us: We should think before judging (评判) others. Always be polite to others and learn to see things from others’ point of view (观点).
