I’m Kate. There is a zoo near my grandparents’ home. On weekends I often go to visit my grandparents with my brother, and they often take us to the zoo to see animals.

The zoo has many kinds of animals. The lions are from South Africa. They look really scary! I don’t like them, but my brother likes them a lot. He thinks they’re very cool. The elephants are from Thailand. They’re very big, but they’re cute. My brother and I both like the elephants. The pandas are from China. They’re my favorite animals. They’re cute and smart. My brother thinks they’re kind of interesting. They love to eat bamboo very much. There are two pandas in the zoo—the mother and the child. The child’s name is Toby. And my brother’s name is Toby, too. That’s really funny.

I’m Cindy. I’m a student in No. 5 Middle School. I always get up at six in the morning. It’s very early. Then I usually do morning exercise for half an hour. After that I like taking a shower. At about seven, I have breakfast. I like milk and eggs for breakfast. At seven twenty, I go to school by bus. It usually takes me twenty-five minutes to get to the school.
