Johnny is an English boy. He is a good student. Every morning he gets up at 6:00 to read books. After he has his breakfast at home, he wears his uniform and usually rides his bike to school. In class, he listens to teachers seriously (认真地). He studies hard, so he is good at all the subjects. He has lunch in the dining room when he is in school.

At about 4:50 in the afternoon, he goes back home. He finishes his homework first. Then he cleans the room and helps his mother with the dinner and walks a dog. Before he goes to bed, he usually listens to music. Then at 10:00 p.m. he goes to bed. He thinks he has a good time every day.

Different foods help your body (身体) in different ways. It’s easy to know what foods are good for you.     16     You need to eat the foods in different groups every day.

You need six to eleven servings (份) from the grain (谷物) group every day.     17     Foods like them can give you energy (力量).

Eat three to five servings of vegetables every day. Eating more vegetables can help you get thin.

You also need some fruit every day. Put fruit where you can see it. That way you can eat more.You can drink a glass of apple juice.     18     Eating fruit makes you feel happy.

Try to drink milk every day.     19     Drink one in the morning and the other at night.

You also need to eat meat.     20     You need two to three servings a day to have strong muscles (肌肉).

Try not to eat many candies. They may taste (品尝) good, but they don’t help you to grow strong or stay healthy.
