I’m Ted from America.     26     We like Chinese food very much.     27       

They’re famous(著名的) in the world. They are Guangzhou food, Sichuan food, Shanghai food and so on. Guangzhou food is a bit light(清淡的); Sichuan food is very hot, and Shanghai food is very oily(油腻的). 

    28     In the south of China people have rice every day. They eat it with fish, meat and vegetables.     29     In my family, my father likes dumplings very much, but my mother doesn’t like them at all.     30     I like Chinese food a lot.

Lingling's family live     31     Shanghai. There are three people in     32    (she) family. They are her father, her mother and her. Her father is     33     Guangdong. He likes     34    (eat)rice and fish. Her mother is from Beijing.    35    (noodle)and jiaozi are her favourites. Lingling likes ice cream and hamburgers very much. Her mother says they are unhealthy food. And she     36     (ask) Lingling to eat more rice and fish, and to drink more milk and juice. They are all     37    (health)food and drinks. We should eat healthy food. It is important     38     (remember): eat     39    (good), stay healthy, and     40    (not)get fat.

Li Lei is a Chinese boy. He is in the UK now. He lives with Mr and Mrs Green in London. They are very nice to him.

They like different foods. For breakfast, Mr and Mrs Green would like milk, eggs and some vegetables, and sometimes they have fruit. Li Lei would like milk and eggs, but he doesn’t like vegetables for breakfast.

Lunch is at 12 noon. Mr and Mrs Green usually have hamburgers but sometimes they have noodles. Li Lei doesn’t like hamburgers. He thinks they’re unhealthy and he would like some rice and vegetables. After lunch, he likes to have some fruit. At around 3:30 pm or 4:00 pm Mr and Mrs Green usually have afternoon tea.
