Hi, my name’s Christine and I’m from London. Now I’m in Brasilia. I work with animals.

I work in the evening and at night and I sleep in the day! I get up at about 4:00 p. m. And at 4:15 p. m. I have breakfast. Sometimes I have some bread and milk, and sometimes I have some noodles. At 5:30 p. m. I go into the forest(森林) and look for birds.

I write their names in my notebook. I don’t talk because I don’t want the birds to hear me. At 9:30 p. m. I have lunch. I often have hamburgers. Sometimes I have bread or rice.

I finish at about 3:00 a. m. From 3:15 a. m. to 5:00 a. m. I write the names of all the birds on the computer. I have dinner at 5:15 a. m. At 5:45 a. m. I go to bed.

I sleep all day so I don’t see the sun! But this is an interesting job and I’m very happy.

Alice is a student in No. 2 Middle School. There are 46 students in her class. They have four classes in the morning. They are Chinese, English, maths and history. Between the second class and the third class, they have twenty minutes’ rest (休息). Now it’s the rest time. Students have many activities (活动). Look! Many of students are playing. Some boys are on the playground. They are playing basketball. Oh! A boy is running with the ball. And another is trying (尽力) to stop him. They look so cool. And there are some girls watching the game. Some students are in the classroom. Most of them are talking. Four are reading and doing homework. There is a tree not far from the classroom. The tree is tall and big. Look! A girl is looking at the birds in the tree. She must think the birds are interesting because she looks very happy.

What are the teachers doing? Some of them are working in the office. And some are talking with students. Everyone is doing his or her things, busy but happy!
