We asked Shawn Arent, a doctor, about this question. He said that people should ________ every day. It really does great help to our ________ and health.

Shawn ________ told us something more interesting. “There is a big ________ between exercising two days a week and three days a week,” Shawn said. “With three days a week, your body gets enough exercise and you want to do ________ activities to be healthier. However, with two ________ a week, you don’t get much change. You just don’t do it often enough, so you can’t fully (完全地) ________ the fun of exercising.”

“For children and old people, it’s a good start to exercise two days a week ________. But I still want them to exercise more after some time. Three to four days a week will be wonderful for them.”

Mrs. Morgan is an old woman. She is seventy-four years old. Although she is old, she is very healthy. She also looks young. Why? Because she has a healthy lifestyle.

Mrs. Morgan often exercises. She likes going shopping. She goes shopping three times a week on foot. She thinks walking is good for health. Mrs. Morgan has a dog. Every morning she takes her dog for a walk for half an hour. She often washes clothes and cleans her house. She says, “I don’t want Jack, my son, to wash my clothes, because he is busy working.”

Mrs. Morgan has a good eating habit. She eats vegetables every day. She eats meat once a week. She drinks milk and eats an egg for breakfast. She eats an apple every day. She often says, “Eating an apple every day is good for health.”

Sometimes Mrs. Morgan watches TV after dinner. Her favourite is Beijing Opera. She doesn’t like soap operas. She often goes to bed at nine thirty. She sleeps for eight hours every night.

We can make our eyes healthy in many ways. Don’t read in the sun. Watch less TV. Do eye exercises every day. But do you know we can also have healthy eyes by eating some food that is good for eyes?

Kale	Kale is a dark green vegetable. It looks like a cabbage. There is vitamin（维生素）A in it. If you eat kale often, you will still have healthy eyes when you are old. And vitamin A can help you see well in the dark.
Salmon	Salmon is a kind of fish. It has a lot of Omega（脂肪酸）. If you often feel you have dry eyes, Omega in salmon can help you. You don’t need to eat a lot each time. A little will be OK.
Bananas	Bananas are popular fruits for people. They are very good for eyes. There is Beta-carotene（ β-胡萝卜素）in them. When you have sore eyes, Beta-carotene can make you feel better.
Sweet food	Kids like sweet food, such as candy, honey and ice cream. They are delicious. You may not know they are good food for short-sighted（近视）, don’t eat too much. They are bad for teeth.
