I’m Stephen Curry, a basketball player in NBA. As a sportsman, I have a healthy eating habit. Every day I eat fish, chicken, beef and a rainbow (彩虹). Well, not a rainbow in the sky but a healthy rainbow out of different colors of fruits and vegetables.

A red apple can help you keep your heart (心脏) strong. An orange carrot has vitamin A. It can help keep your eyes healthy. I eat them for breakfast.

A yellow banana is good for your body. Yellow corns (玉米) can help keep your stomach (胃) healthy. Green beans are rich in vitamin K. They make your teeth (牙齿) strong. I like them for lunch.
