Everyone has his or her own worries. Different people have different ways to do with their worries. How do you do with them? Whether your worries are big or small, you can take the following steps to deal with them.
●Try to find out what you’re worried about.
To deal with a problem, you should clearly know what the problem is. So try to find it out first.
●Think of ways to make it better.
There is always something you can do to help you feel less worried. Sitting there worrying is no fun and it won’t help solve your problem. So just take actions.
For example, grades are often a top worry for kids at school. If you’re worried about grades, ask yourself the following questions.
☆Why are grades important? What do grades mean to me?
☆How do I get ready for class? Do I go over my notes even when there isn’t a test?
☆Do I have a quiet place to do my homework?
☆Have I tried different ways of studying?
If your worry is about a fight you had with a friend, these tips may help. Write a note to him or her, invite him or her to a basketball game, say sorry to him or her, and so on.
●Ask for help.
If you can’t solve the problem by yourself, it is a good idea to find someone else to ask for help. They can be your parents, friends or teachers. Remember that your parents and teachers usually have richer experience than you.
14. The passage advises you to take ______ steps to deal with your problems.A.two | B.three | C.four | D.seven |

When we watch movies about the future, we sometimes see robots. They are usually just like human servants. They help with the housework and do jobs like working in dirty or dangerous places.
Today there are already robots working in factories. For example, they can help to build cars, and they do simple jobs over and over again. Fewer people will do such jobs in the future because they are boring, but robots will never get bored.
Some scientists believe that there will be more robots in the future. However, they agree it may take hundreds of years. Scientists are now trying to make robots look like humans and do the same things as us. Some robots in Japan can even walk and dance. These kinds of robots are fun to watch.
But scientist James White thinks that it will be difficult for a robot to do the same things as a person. For example, it’s easy for children to wake up and know where they are. Mr. White thinks that robots won’t be able to do this, but some scientists disagree. They think that robots will even be able to talk like humans in 25 to 50 years.
New robots will have many different shapes. Some will look like humans, and others might look like snakes.
If buildings fall down with people inside, snake robots will be able to help look for people under the buildings. That may not seem possible now, but computers and rockets seemed impossible 100 years ago. We never know what will happen in the future!
1. What are robots usually like in movies?
2. What do robots do in factories today?
3. What is James White’s idea about robots? Do other scientists agree with him?
4. What will robots be like in the future?
5. Do you think there will be more robots in the future? Why?
