Hi, friends! Do your parents encourage you to travel? Greg’s dream was     14     (travel) around Asia. He got the idea after he     15     (finish) a long bike ride. At first, he     16     (fear) his parents wouldn’t agree to let him go. He didn’t tell his parents his idea. He     17     (simple) told his friend Brooks about it. Brooks also enjoyed     18     (ride) a bike. They made a plan to travel from Tokyo to Mumbai (孟买) by bike.

To pay for the trip, Greg and Brooks tried to save some money. Before setting out (出发), they told     19     (they) parents about their plan. It was     20     (believe) that their parents agreed. And they got two new cameras from their parents. Then they could take some photos with them.

On their way, they saw deserts, rainforests and mountains. They visited modern cities and     21     (peace) villages. And they made many friends. They also learned two new languages — Indian and     22     (Japan).

To have a perfect vacation, you shouldn’t carry too many things with you. Be flexible (灵活的). Don’t plan everything. Then you’ll be more relaxed and     23     (happy). Be polite. And people will be more likely to help you.

Soll is a village in the mountains in western Austria, and the Hotel Post, opened by a local family, is clean and cheap. From the hotel you can see the whole village, the forest and the mountains. The temperatures in summer are usually 20℃ to 25℃ in the daytime, but much cooler by evening.

Have a good trip to Thailand!

When you visit Bangkok in Thailand, don’t miss the early morning river boat trip to the Floating(漂浮的) Market just outside the city. There you will find many kinds of fruits and vegetables, and you can pay for them when you sit in your boat. Don’t forget your hat—the sun can be strong and it may be as hot as 40℃ about midday!

Welcome to Guangzhou!

Guangzhou is a wonderful place for traveling and there are a lot of things to do. You will find many large department stores in the city. You will also find small shops near the train station. In the evening, you can take a boat trip to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Guangzhou from the river. At night, travelers can enjoy eating at food stalls(货摊) on the streets because the food there is cheap and delicious.
