A library is a place to keep books and store knowledge. Nowadays libraries are not as popular as before because people prefer to use the Internet to find out information. With a click of a mouse, it is possible to find out almost anything.

Getting into a room full of all kinds of books, it is a fantastic thing. Just think about how many books there are in a library, and thousands of people choose carefully. That must make it a special place to be.

Maybe all kinds of things can happen in libraries. They are not just places for reading. They are also centers for learning. Many libraries host events and programs for all ages, from story times for children to book clubs for adults.

Lots of schools have libraries. If your school has a library, it’s probably not just a place to read books. Libraries are also quiet places. The books there can keep us calm and peaceful.

Stop and take a break

Hobbies are a great way to take your mind off the things you can’t change. You can go for a daily walk.     14     Hobbies, in a way, remind you that you do control your life since it’s you who gets to choose how to spend your free time.

Get help from others

Talk with your friends, parents or teachers often.     15     Try to get help from them. You can also get help from newspapers, books or the-Internet.
