I was traveling alone through the UK .To reach the places that were very far, I bought an old car which cost most of my money. I couldn't afford to stay in the hotel, so I had to camp in my car for the rest of the trip.

I couldn't believe he said the object was white, when it was clearly black! Another argument started between my classmate and me. This time it was about the color of the object.

The teacher told me to go to stand where the boy was standing and told him to stand where I was. We changed places, and now she asked me what the color of the object was. I had to say, "White". It was an object with two differently colored sides, and from his viewpoint it was white. Only from my side it was black.

My teacher taught me a very important lesson on that day: We must stand in the other person's shoes and look at the situation through their eyes.
