Fifty years ago, China launched (发射) its first satellite (人造卫星), Dongfanghong 1. To mark its 50th anniversary, China announced (宣布) the name for its Mars (火星) planetary exploration (探测) program on April 24.

With a determined(坚定的) look on his face, Chicago’s Michael McCarthy held on to the banister(扶手) and climbed to the top of the Willis Tower not long ago. The tower is 442 meters tall, the h    1     building in the USA.
