Deborah was born into a poor family in Massachusetts in 1760. When she was six years old, she was sent to live and work on the farms in exchange for her room and food. Although she was not able to go to school, she begged the older boys who were sent to school to repeat their lessons at the end of each day. In this way, she got an education.

Deborah returned home from the army.

The people who perform this style of dance are known as b-boys or b-girls. Liu Qingyi is one of them. In 2022 she became very famous at the age of 16 when she won a gold medal at Outbreak Europe. It was through dancing that dancing will be her lifetime career. “I’m super lucky already as it’s not easy to turn one’s hobby into a career. I will never stop exploring,” Liu added. “I hope I will be able to stay passionate (热情的) to dance as long as I can.

Why are people taking pictures of their faces, their hobbies and their food? Why do we capture (捕获) every moment? I can’t really give you an answer, because honestly, I am one of those people who take photographs of everything.
The special thing about photography is that we can capture moments anywhere and anytime. All we need for this is our smartphone. Compared to other forms of visual (视觉的) art, special talent is unnecessary. Every single one of us can get started with this wonderful hobby, no matter if your goal is to sell your photographs or just to keep them for your own viewing pleasure. Every picture you take is a personal story. There is no painting without context (背景). However, unlike a painting, you don’ t need to spend hours of your time on it. It is a way to express yourself, with little to no skill involved (有关联). If you prefer to share your pictures with the world, camera phones allow us to send our pictures in a few seconds. Pictures connect and show the people around us what is going on in our life right now. The most amazing thing for me is without question the ability to capture every single moment in my life with just a single click on a button (按钮). This helps me to remember every moment as it happens. We can connect to our past, no manner where we are and enjoy those memories that are most meaningful to us.
Photography is also an amazing tool to learn the world around us and to stay in the moment. There is more to this hobby than “just taking pictures . It is a way to express your feelings, your drives (渴望) and also yourself Photography is art, and it allows each of us to become an artist. First, I got many ideas from the Internet for the party. I had sleepless (失眠的) nights because I wanted this to be the best birthday. Then I looked for a place to have our party. Luckily, I found Monte Verde Park. It is a very beautiful park. After booking (预订) it, we started to buy gifts for all the kids. We went to LA for good prices. I had 40 gifts in my room for a month and I wanted to give them all away. I bought two beautiful skirts for my daughter. There is a special library in the mountains by the Nujiang River in Yunnan. Its name is “Banshan Huayu”. Many children’s dreams start from there. This campaign is now carried out all over China. Its purpose is to cut down on food waste in China. The dining hall’s manager told that they used to waste 100kg of food every day,but it has dropped by 75%,as students are encouraged to take just as much as the food they need.
Many restaurants in China are also trying to do their part. They encourage people to order dishes using the “N—1” formula(公式),“N” means the number of people eating food at a table. So if there are six people at your table, you should order just five dishes. If people can’t finish their meals, they will be encouraged to take the rest of the food home.
In fact, food waste has long been a big problem around the world. It’s said that Chinese restaurants wasted 17 to 18 million tons of food a year. That could feed 30 to 50 million people for a whole year. The UN says there are 820 million people around the world who live in hunger. By cutting down food waste,we can feed many hungry people.
