Smart phones have become a part of our daily lives. However, to protect students’ eyesight(视力), primary and middle schools     2     (have) more rules to limit (限制) students’ phone use at school next term.

The Ministry of Education (教育部) made a new regulation(规定) in January. It states (指出) primary and middle school students     3     (not carry) phones to school. If they really need phones, they must get their parents’ and teachers’ agreement (同意). A report said China     4     (have) 175 million internet users under the age of 18 in 2019, with 74 percent having their own smart phones.

According to the World Health Organization, long-time use of phones is bad for children’s eyesight and even the brain, so the parents ________ always     5     (worry) about their children now.
