Mr. Smith and Mrs. Smith are our new neighbor. They have two children, a boy and a girl. The boy is Jim and the girl is Sandy. Jim is 13 years old, and he is one year older than me. Sandy and my sister Nancy are of the same age. They are four years younger than me.
