Daozhou, which lies in the south of Yongzhou, is the main traffic route from Hunan to Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan and Southwest China. It covers an area of 2,448 km². There are about 621 thousand people living here. It has a long history and there are many famous people. Zhou Dunyi is the originator of Neo-Confucianism (理学). He Shaoji is a famous poet and painter. He is known for his handwriting. He Baozhen is a well-known female revolutionary (革命的) hero. Weighty questions

People come in all different shapes and sizes. The best weight for you is one that is right for your body type and size. It can be unhealthy to be too thin if you are eating less food than your body needs.

    1     Kids who are overweight may not be getting the right nutrition (营养) if the food they eat has a lot of fat and calories. Eating a lot of healthy foods, including fruits and vegetables, is the best way to go.
