Reading is important because it develops the mind. The mind needs exercise. Understanding the written word is one way the mind grows in its ability. Wuhan is my home town. It’s the capital of Hubei Province. I like its Yellow Crane Tower(黄鹤楼), East Lake and delicious food.

Yellow Crane Tower is on the Changjiang River and on the top of the Snake Hill. It is one of     1     three most famous towers on the south of the Changjiang River. The     2     two are Yueyang Tower in Hunan and Tengwang Tower in Jiangxi. The Yellow Crane Tower was first built in 223 AD. It has a     3     of over 1,700 years. East Lake is popular for Wuhanese and visitors.     4     of visitors come and have fun here every year. It is said that there are over 600,0000 people every year.
