Lifesaving Course
A lifesaving course teaches you what to do if there’s an emergency (紧急情况) in the water. It shows you how to help a person in trouble and how to be confident when you are around water. It teaches you valuable skills such as first aid and how to use open-water throw bags and life rings. It doesn’t matter how old you are. There are always lessons to learn.
RLSS

The RLSS wants everyone to know about some basic tips about water safety. When around water, “stop and think” before going into water.
