Jack lives in Washington. He inherited (继承) lots of money when he was 23. But he decided to live a simple life like everyone else. Jack receives a report each year on the children’s progress. They can write to each other, but usually the children do not speak English.

In 10 minutes, I can’t go back home to get my schoolbag and walk to school. Usually, before I leave for the swimming lesson, I get two bags ready. One bag is for all the swimming things and the other one is the schoolbag.

On some days, I get up late. I often have a piece (一块) of bread, a cup of milk and go to the swimming lesson. Sometimes I only remember to bring the swimming bag. After the swimming lesson, I go to school with no schoolbag. Luckily, my classmates are all nice to me. They are happy to share (分享) everything with me. Some give me their pens, and some give me some paper (纸). In the lunchtime, everyone gives me something to eat. When I finish my lunch, I can’t name everything I eat. There are too many foods.
