There are thousands of different kinds of jobs in the world. Some need people to work hard in the field, some need people to talk in front of the others and some need people to sit after desks. The society need tons of jobs to keep it working. For those who just come upon the stage, job-hunting is always the most important. There are three things that need to be thought about while choosing the job.
First of all, it has to be a suitable job. For example, we cannot ask someone with an eye disease to be a soldier. In the same case, if someone is very shy and not good at working with people, then being a seller or lawyer will not be a wise choice. A suitable job will increase (增加) your strengths, and an unsuitable one is just a waste of time.
The second tip is about interest. A research shows that people often do better on the job that they enjoy. When you love what you are doing, you will be more willing to learn about it. Generally, interest determines (决定) success.
At last, it would be better to choose a job with more development space. Now manpower is replaced by machines in more and more areas. At first, this happened to manual (体力的) work in factories. These days, many companies are using more AI trading so that many human traders (交易员) have lost their jobs. Many people believe that even doctors could be replaced by AI in the future. As a result, don’t forget to choose a job that won’t be easily replaced.

I really love my job because I enjoy working with small children. There was a time when I thought I would never have a good job.
I wasn’t a good student because I didn’t do much homework. In my final term, I started thinking about what I might do and found I didn’t have much to offer.
I then found myself a job. That was to look after two little girls. It wasn’t too bad at first. But the problems began when I agreed to live with them. I would be in their home if my boss had to go out for business in the evening. We agreed that if I had to work more hours one week, she’d give me more time to rest next time. But unfortunately, it didn’t often work out. I was getting very tired because I had too many late nights and early mornings with the children.
One Sunday, I was in the park with the children, and met Megan who used to go to school with me. She suggested that I should do a course and get a qualification(资格证书) if I wanted to work with children. I didn’t think I would be accepted because I didn’t take many exams in school. She asked me to phone the local college and they were really helpful. My experience was useful and I was accepted. I had to leave my job with the family, and got work at a kindergarten.
Now I’ve got a full-time job there. I shall always be thankful to Megan. I wish I had known earlier that you could have a good future through hard work even if you aren’t top of the class at school.

Not two people are the same. Sometimes friends make each other unhappy. That doesn’t mean they no longer like each other. Most of the time, we will make up.
Sometimes friends move away. Then we feel very sad. We miss them very much. But we can call them and write to them. Maybe we will never see them again. And we can make new friends.
Families sometimes name their children after a close friend. Many places are named after men and women who are friendly to people in town. Some libraries are named after this way. So are some schools. We think of these people when we go to these places.
There is more good news for people who have friends. They live longer than people who don’t. Why? They may be happier. Being happy helps us keep healthier.
