One time, I was with a group of strangers in India. I was giving a talk when the power suddenly went out. It was in a dark hall, and I was with two other workmates. Sunny Beatson lives in Australia. Although Sunny had little interest in cooking, he started making doughnuts(甜甜圈) just to make the time pass more quickly during the COVID-19 lockdown. He adapted (调整) the method he found online and his doughnuts turned out to be great. Everyone in the family liked them, so he thought he would try selling some.
