3 . Why we should exercise as a family
We've all heard the saying "The family that plays together stays together." Enjoying quality family time is important and working out together could be the perfect solution. It's never too early to introduce healthy lifestyle choices, whether you leave the car at home and walk to school or enjoy a family cycle at the weekend.
Set rewards for achievements. Taking the kids to the park is such a fun and easy thing to do. Try setting them tasks. If they manage to do all the tasks, allow them a certain amount of TV or gaming time if that's what they like to do!
Find a hobby they enjoy. One of the most important things is to find a healthy hobby that they love.
Find exercise friends. Perhaps there's a family nearby with kids the same age. See if they would like to exercise together.

According to the World Health Organization, 81% of teenagers are lacked in exercise. The result of the survey sounds reasonable. They may seem surprising, though.
Some of us think exercising is a waste of time when having many homework in high school. Others prefer phones to sports. Apart from these reasons, there is even some students who complain that they can’t afford sports facilities.
However, doing regular exercises can strengthen our body but make us energetic. It is also beneficial as it helped to remove pressure once in while. Therefore, my fellow friends, remember to stretch out ourselves every day at intervals of studies. More important, do stick with the workout.

I have changed a lot since I take up running. Before I started running, I seldom did exercise. As a result of, I often fell ill. Once I was very weak that I fell down when having a P.E.class. After running for half year, I found that I seldom caught a cold and I was much healthy than before. So far, I’ve learned that exercise is extreme important. It not only improves my health but also make me feel more relaxed.
