According to the World Health Organization, 81% of teenagers are lacked in exercise. The result of the survey sounds reasonable. They may seem surprising, though.
Some of us think exercising is a waste of time when having many homework in high school. Others prefer phones to sports. Apart from these reasons, there is even some students who complain that they can’t afford sports facilities.
However, doing regular exercises can strengthen our body but make us energetic. It is also beneficial as it helped to remove pressure once in while. Therefore, my fellow friends, remember to stretch out ourselves every day at intervals of studies. More important, do stick with the workout.
As teenagers, we all expect for healthy bodies and a high quality of life. Let’s exercise together from then on!

Recently, we had made a survey of people on physical training. Only 35 percent of people were surveyed have taken part on physical activities. Over half of the people say they haven’t been got enough time to take exercise. 34.9 percent of them say they don’t have place where they can relax themselves and that there is not enough training equipment. Another 12.9 percent of the people feel that they lives too far away from the training centers. Some of whom even don’t know how to training.
For lack of physical training, many people are not in good healthy. People should realize the significance of it, and measures should be took to provide people with training equipment.

As we all know, walking is a good way of exercising and is benefit to our health. It can not only reduce the risk of many kinds of diseases but also builds up the bones. It’s safe than many other ways of exercising, especially for the elderly and it’s easy to do without considering rules. Beside, walking can also help us lose weight. How should we pay attention to during the walk? First, we should wear loose clothes and good shoes so that you can relax. Second, we should walk fast enough to cause us breathe with difficulty but still be able to talk about. Third, it’s huge important to walk with our two arm moving freely. Most importantly, we should do it every day.
