I have many problems with my behavior when I was in fifth grade. My mom was really concerning about me. In order to make sure I developed good habits, and she made specific rules for me. For instance, I couldn’t play those game, I had to keep doing exercise to keep fit, and I should active say hello when meeting someone I knew. In fact, I didn’t like greeting others, but he put stress on the importance of that. Besides, my mom didn’t allow me to eating junk food because she thought my health might be on risk. Understanding my mom’s concerns, I did all the things what were allowed by her with appreciation.

Rope skipping is a sport suitable for people of all age. People skip rope for fun and exercise. Every student was able to learn to skip. You can skip alone or with your classmates. If you skip alone, you will need short rope about double the length of your high. You should turn the rope slow so that you can skip safely. It might help with if you can sing a rhyme while skips. When you skip rope, your heart beats fast than usual and your body is stressed. Therefore, stop for a rest after you injure yourself.
So, pick up a rope, finding a silly rhyme and start skipping.

I love sports very much. When I was child, my father often takes me to watch basketball matches. Gradually, sports have become part of his life. When I started to go to school, I joined in the school basketball team. I spent a lot of time practise with my friends then. Now, though high school life is extremely busy and there is few free time, I still keep taking exercise every day. My favorite are sports meeting time, when I can take part in different activity, such as football, basketball and high jump. I enjoy doing sports but I am always full of energy. Sports make me happy and keep me healthily.
