How are you？I am so glad to tell you anything about the Mid-Autumn Festival. It is a traditional festival with a long history in China. It is of very popular and is also celebrated in much other Asian countries. The festival fell on the 15th day of August in the lunar calendar or is celebrated in different ways. It is a time to get together with family and friends. People usually have a get-together, enjoy a large meal. In the evening, people talk and eat moon cakes under the beautiful moon. Children prefer to listen to fairy tales while adults appreciate bright full moon in the open air. The moon is a symbol of reunion, lucky and wealth. It is also a custom to express best wish to people they love at this particularly time.

Last night, I saw a great film, Forrest Gump. I am great impressed by this film, by the stories of Forrest Gump. Forrest Gump was born in small village. He was born mentally disabled, and he was discriminated by other. But his mother is a strong female who encouraged Gump to be strong but live the same as normal people. Beside, he meets Jenny, a tragic but kind­hearted girl. With the love of his mother and Jenny, Forrest Gump begins his running all his life. I am moving by his strong willing, kindness and optimism. There are many miracles in his life what seem impossible to him. But I know it is reasonable, because of he wins them with his noble personalities.

Our clothes are things that can affect our moods. Wear colorful clothes shows and affects our feelings. When we're sadly, we will wear dark clothes. So when happy, we often choose wear brightly-colored clothes. Orange makes us happier. Beside, white makes us helpful. Their choice of color shows what we are feeling. So remember, if you are not feeling about your best, you can try out some clothes of different color. If one color had no effect on your feelings, maybe another will.

Last Sunday, my family went for walk in a nearby park. We wanted to breathe the fresh air and having fun there. However, when gone out, we found it was cloudy and smoggy (烟雾弥漫的). Only a few people were walking quick on the streets wearing their masks. I was wondering what was the matter when my little brother begins to cough loudly. Suddenly I realized that it was air pollution. So we had to go back to home that day. Smoke from cars, buses, and factories make the air dirty, that is harmful to our health. I think they all should do some thing to keep the air clean.

After we moved to a newly country，my three-year-old daughter and I was often alone in our house. Although we lived in the countryside with no close neighbors，I needed to prepare for some possible emergencies. For example，I wanted make sure my daughter would be able to call 911 in case of that something happened to me. After instruct her，I decided to test her. I asked her，"Okay，what will you do if you found me on the floor and you couldn't wake me up？" I could see his little brain working. Then to my surprises，she said，"I would go into the kitchen and eat anything I want." What the naughty girl！
